Welcome to HD YDS, HD Colors and other apps (“App”), operated by Hüseyin Demirtaş (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our Apps and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the App

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

2.2 Account Registration: You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Apps. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 In-App Purchases: The App may offer in-app purchases. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5.2 Subscription Terms: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Apps, if any.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Apps or by other means. Your continued use of the Apps after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
